Straight Cutting Oil Fluid contain (EP) extreme pressure additives like chlorine and sulphur which are added at various levels to increased tool life and improved the finishing of surface. Straight Cutting Oil Fluid helps to improve the lubricating and wetting properties and sometimes chlorine,sulphur,and phosphorous compounds are further added to the oil to improve the qualities of lubrication under extreme pressure conditions.
