Water Soluble Cutting Oil is a general purpose emulsifiable metal cutting oil and when dissolved with water it forms a milky emulsion. They are soluble cutting oil and semi-synthetic cutting oil. Soluble cutting oils contain 50% to 80% mineral oils which form a milky white emulsion when mixed with water and semi-synthetic cutting oils contains 30% to 50% mineral oils which form white translucent when mixed with water. Water Soluble Cutting Oil t are specially used for maximizing life of cutting tip by maintaining stable temperature. This water-soluble cutting oil is also used for lubricating working edges of CNC or VMC tools. It reduces tip welding requirements and can be availed at leading industry rates.
